Hi, my name is Lynn Ann Blix - I am the owner and provider at Elevation Wellness and Esthetics.
I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, married to an amazing husband for over 14 years, proud mother to two incredible boys, and have been in healthcare for over 20 years!
The majority of my career was spent in critical care, where I learned the true meaning of precision, compassion, and advocacy during life’s most vulnerable moments. Today, as a Family Nurse Practitioner, I bring that same depth of knowledge and attention to detail into a more personalized, elevated approach to care.
My passion lies in education, medicine, aesthetics, and the overall health and well-being of my patients — caring for the whole person: mind, body, and soul.
I believe healthcare should feel intentional, accessible, and empowering. Whether it’s preventive medicine, chronic care management, or aesthetic treatments that help you feel confident in your own skin, my goal is simple: to help you feel your absolute best.

Hi, I’m Dana. With over 10 years of experience in the medical industry, I have built my career around providing exceptional patient care and supporting efficient medical office operations. My background includes both hands-on patient care and medical office management, giving me a well-rounded understanding of the healthcare field and a passion for helping others.
Originally from Florida, I eventually found my home in Tennessee, where I live with my fiancé and our two dogs. I value building meaningful relationships, maintaining a strong work ethic, and creating positive experiences for the people I serve.
My professional journey has been guided by a commitment to compassion, organization, and excellence. Whether working directly with patients or managing the day-to-day operations of a medical practice, I take pride in helping others and contributing to a supportive, patient-focused environment.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, attending concerts, exploring all that Tennessee has to offer, and making memories with my two four-legged companions.
